before you get started

Who owns the site once it is delivered?

You do, entirely and for life. The source code is your property: no rental in disguise, no contract that locks you in. If you ever leave, you leave with your site.

What happens after payment?

We contact you within 24 working hours for a scoping conversation, in the Médoc or by video call. We then design a 100% bespoke mockup that you approve through a secure link: development only starts after you agree. Then come the build, the tests, the launch and your training.

What if I do not like the mockup?

You request a revision directly from the approval link, saying what is not right. We rework the mockup until it looks like you. Nothing is developed without your explicit approval.

How does the “Phygital” bundle work?

As soon as your order contains a website AND 3D-printed objects (keyrings, NFC stand), we give you 15% off the entire 3D printing part, because you are building your site with us. The site stays at the published price. You customise each product one after another, then everything ships in the same order.

Why are you cheaper than an agency?

No city-centre offices, no salespeople, no middlemen: you deal directly with the people building your site. And our way of coding, entirely by hand, with no bloated stack and no licensed plugins, removes the hidden costs that inflate agency invoices.

Is the monthly plan compulsory? Can I cancel?

The plan covers high-performance hosting, the domain name, the secure connection and keeping everything running. It starts at launch and has no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want. As the code is yours, you remain free to host your site wherever you like.

How long until my site is live?

A brochure site: allow 2 to 4 weeks between payment and launch, depending on how quickly the mockup and the content go back and forth. Projects with e-commerce or bookings take a few weeks longer.

Can I edit my site myself afterwards?

Yes, with the CMS module: a simple dashboard, designed for you, lets you change text, photos and pages without touching the code. Without that module, the Presence plan includes your small text edits: just write to us.

Can I add modules after launch?

Yes, at any time. Your site is coded by hand: we can add or change absolutely anything on an existing site (a module, a page, a bespoke feature), without ever starting from scratch, unlike what many agencies do. Just talk it through with us and we will put a bespoke quote together. One piece of advice all the same: a module chosen at build time costs less than the same module added later, so if you are hesitating, let's discuss it before you order.
