1. The principle: 14 days
For non-customised products, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons (art. L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
2. Major exception: customised products
⚠️ Under article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
As almost all our items (keyrings, NFC stands, bespoke pieces) are made specially at your request (logo, engraved text, colours, shape), they fall under this exception. By approving the prototype cycle and your order, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for those customised items.
The prototype approval cycle exists precisely to protect you: no production run starts before you explicitly approve the prototype.
3. Products carrying a right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal remains open for any standard, non-customised products bought as they are. The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging.
4. How to exercise your right
To withdraw within the time allowed, you can:
- send us an unambiguous statement by email at [email protected];
- or copy out and send back the standard form below, by email or by post to: Filon Médoc, 72 ter route du Bourg, 33590 Talais, France.
You can also use the official standard form (annex to article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code).
5. Refund
Where withdrawal is validly exercised, we refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as the order. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been recovered.

7. Statutory guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (art. L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against latent defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). See our terms and conditions of sale.
