These elements are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (articles L. 111-1 et seq. for copyright, L. 711-1 et seq. for trade marks) and by the international conventions in force.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the site or any of its elements, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the publisher. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement, punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The name “Filon Médoc” and the associated logo are distinctive marks of the publisher. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.

Third-party trade marks, product names and logos mentioned on this site (customers, partners, suppliers) remain the property of their respective holders and are reproduced with their permission for illustrative purposes.

The personal data collected through the contact form (first name, last name, email, phone number, company where applicable, message content) is processed for the following purposes:

  • replying to your quote or information request;
  • establishing a possible contractual relationship;
  • keeping the site secure (protection against automated submissions and spam).

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, for anti-spam protection, the publisher's legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).

6.3. Recipients

The data is intended solely for the publisher. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The following technical processors may have access to it, strictly to the extent needed to deliver their services:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): site hosting and protection against attacks;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, anti-robot verification service used when the form is submitted;
  • Resend, Inc. (United States): delivery of the form notification emails;
  • Google LLC (Gmail) (United States): the publisher's business inbox.

Transfers of data to the United States are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the providers' membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6.4. Retention periods

  • Messages received through the form: 3 years from the last contact, for prospecting and commercial follow-up;
  • Data linked to a contract (accepted quote, invoice): 10 years, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations (article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code);
  • Technical security logs (IP addresses, timestamps): 12 months maximum.

6.5. Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access and rectification;
  • right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to object, in particular to processing for prospecting purposes;
  • right to set instructions regarding the retention and communication of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, send your request, together with proof of identity, to: [email protected] or by post to the registered address given above. You will receive a reply within one month.

6.6. Security

The publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), form rate limiting, anti-robot verification, access control.

7. Cookies and trackers

The filonmedoc.com site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party commercial trackers.

Only cookies strictly necessary to the operation of the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-robot service may be set when the contact form is submitted. These cookies, exempt from prior consent under article 82 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law and the CNIL's recommendations, exist solely to tell human users apart from automated submissions.

You can configure your browser to block cookies at any time, bearing in mind that blocking the Turnstile cookie may prevent the contact form from being sent.

8. Limitation of liability

The publisher endeavours to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date, and reserves the right to change its content at any time without notice. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.

Accordingly, the publisher accepts no liability:

  • for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission in the information available on the site;
  • for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a change in the information made available on the site;
  • for any damage, direct or indirect, whatever its causes, origins, nature or consequences, resulting from consulting or using the site.

Images of 3D-printed objects are shown for illustration; the final results may vary slightly depending on the materials, finishes and options chosen at quotation stage.

9. Governing law and competent courts

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at an amicable solution has failed, the French courts alone will have jurisdiction. For disputes with a consumer, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the claimant's choice, that of the place where the service was performed.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L. 611-1 and R. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer ombudsman free of charge to settle a dispute with a business amicably.
