How much does a website cost at Filon Médoc?

A bespoke site starts at €1,199 for the foundation, paid once, on top of which you add modules à la carte according to your needs (contact form, booking, shop, multilingual). A monthly plan for hosting and maintenance, with no lock-in, is available from €39 a month. And above all, the code belongs to you for life.

Does the code of my site really belong to me?

Yes. Unlike rental packages where you pay and own nothing, the code of your site is yours, permanently. You can grow it, host it wherever you like, or hand it to another supplier one day. You are nobody’s prisoner.

Does the monthly plan tie me in for a fixed term?

No, it has no lock-in. You can stop whenever you like, and since the site belongs to you, you lose nothing by leaving.

3D printing and objects

What is the minimum number of keyrings I can order?

From 50 pieces. The rate is tiered: €3.50 a unit between 50 and 199 pieces, down to €1.50 a unit from 1,500 pieces. The bigger the run, the lower the price.

What material do you print your objects in?

In bio-sourced PLA, a material made from plant resources rather than oil, printed in our workshop in the Médoc.

What is an NFC stand or an NFC keyring?

It is an object containing a contactless chip. When a customer brings their phone close, the page of your choice opens by itself: Google reviews, menu, social profiles, website. Our NFC stands range from €99.99 to €139.99 depending on the number of shortcuts, and the chip option on a keyring adds a few cents a piece.

Ordering, lead times and delivery

How long does it take to receive my order or my site?

For a brochure site, allow two to four weeks. For printed objects, production starts as soon as you have approved the mockup, and dispatch follows within a few days to a few weeks depending on the quantity ordered.

Can I see a preview before production or development?

Yes, always. Every object order goes through a mockup approved before production, and every site through a mockup approved before any development. Nothing starts without your agreement.

Where are you based and do you deliver everywhere?

Our workshop is in Talais, right at the tip of the Médoc, in Gironde, France. We deliver our objects across France and Europe, and we build websites for clients across the whole of France, wherever they are.
